For riding 500 Ciba Miles or 500 Ciba kilometers (310 miles) you will get a custom designed Ciba 500 in May jersey free of cost* except for shipping. Please fill out the log form during the month and then the order form at the end of May. Must have all orders by June 10th. E-mailing the forms to John5844@sbcglobal.net is fine.
