CIBA-L is a general purpose mailing list that can be used for all sorts of internet discussions pertaining to CIBA and bicycling in Indiana. All subscribers to the list have posting privileges. Anybody who wishes to subscribe will have to do so.

A second listserv, CIBANEWS-L, is used for making announcements to the membership.  Everybody who included an email with their membership registration has been subscribed to this list.
