Tips for Safe Cycling and Driving

Indianapolis -- It may not feel like spring outside, but the change in season is just around the corner, which means bicyclists will again be hitting local streets and roads in larger numbers, and that prompts the need for everyone on the roads to pay greater attention to what’s going on around them.

Whether you are getting back in the saddle after many years or you just want to join a fun group of like-minded people, CIBA is here for  you. You don't have to be a member to participate in any of our rides, but you do have to help all of us be safe.

If you are unsure of your bicycle skills, consider a few hours with a League of American Bicyclists certified instructor. You can find a list of instructors at the League's Web site.

If you haven't ridden in a CIBA ride before, be sure to introduce yourself to the ride leader and ask them any questions you might have.
