CIBA Incentive Program for 2011
The CIBA incentive program is a way to reward members for their contribution to the club. The goal is to encourage members to give back to the club as volunteers as well as participants in the rides. One of the key components of the program will be to encourage members to become ride leaders for the weekend rides. Only members who have paid their 2011 dues are eligible.
The incentive cycling season is from November 1 - October 31.

Volunteer Awards There will be incentives for those members that volunteer over 50 hours and over 100 hours. These hours are any hours spent helping the club that is not being compensated another way. Examples of ways to achieve these hours may be helping at the stuffing party, being a sag driver for a week end ride where you are not the ride leader, or volunteering at the Hilly above and beyond the 6 hours for your free admission. Also, if you achieve an incentive award for leading a ride, those hours should not be counted as general volunteer hours. If you are focusing on a volunteer award, you may choose to pass on a ride leader award to allow those hours to be counted toward general volunteer hours. Lastly, if you are riding your bike, don’t count that time as volunteer time unless you are marking a route. Although your time scouting routs and mentoring is greatly appreciated, riding is what CIBA members do as a means of pleasure.
The volunteer award is a STORMTECH Jacket. Women’s and Men’s both come in Red, Navy and Black with the CIBA Logo
